I was given the opportunity to read and review Pure 5:2.  The book, which is very informative, is quite helpful for those looking to live a cleaner, healthier lifestyle.  I love that it has recipes, links to order products,  and examples of ways to get added benefits into your healthy diet. 

I definitely would recommended it. I'm already going back over it to ensure that I didn't miss anything the first go around and to make sure I have sufficient notes.

I am an absolute lover of art.  Whether prints or something that was painted, I love art.  In fact, I have a few masterpieces that I created myself.   had the opportunity to peruse the website of, and obtain a personalized art piece from, FramedArt.com.  I finally settled on the piece below.

FramedArt.com has prints and canvas paintings from all types of genres.  I love the diversity of it all.  You can browse by color, artist, the room that you are decorating, theme, type of art (print, poster and/or canvas), or subjects, such as animals, seasonal, religion, and movies.  Those are just to name a few.  Once you find the art piece that you like, you can choose whether it will be on canvas or an actual print.  You can then choose the size of the print, color of the canvas border and of course, you can choose the type of frame.

What I love, and hate, most about the site is the wide array of art they have.  For someone like me, who is very indecisive, it was HARD to choose something.  I had an idea of the type of art I wanted to pick out, and I narrowed it down from there; however, that took days.  Yeah, I am terrible when it comes to decision making at times!  The phrase "think long and hard" was made specifically for me!

So back to the review, I love the print that I chose.  It is called Sunset Falls I.  The frame that I chose is a gray rustic frame. When I picked out the frame for my print, I expected something other than what I received in the mail.  I thought it was a dark gray frame, instead it was a lighter gray wooden-like frame.  The frame is nice; however, it was just not what I expected based on what I picked out.  I chose a black mat as I thought that it would like best, as opposed to choosing one of the colors that are in the actual print.  I didn't want to take the chance of the mat color being off, even though you can see the color as you choose.  I was not sure if the printed mat background would match the actual color I saw on the screen.

All in all, I'm satisfied with my art piece.  I have art in every room of my house.  While looking through FramedArt.com, I actually saw a piece that I have hanging in my bed room as well as pieces that I have considered purchasing in the past.  I would definitely recommend you check out the site.  I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE peppermint oil.  Whether I'm adding it to a misting spray for my hair or using it to remedy a headache, it's by far one of my favorite essential oils.

Product Review - Francois et Mimi Double Wall Sports Bottles

I was sent these double wall, insulated, stainless-steel BPA free bottles for review.  I like to take smoothies to work daily, and sometimes when I run errands, I like to take juice that I may have made at home or previously purchased in the store.  As two was sent to me, I allowed my daughter to also use one (rather she claimed it as her own - LoL).

So, there's a few great things about these bottles.  One - they are leakproof.  I turned it upside and nothing leaked out... thanks to the suction. The mouth part is soft, doesn't feel awkward.  Our drinks stayed cold for a few hours.  Lastly, they're easy to clean.  I think that I found a winner, just as I was in the market for new travel bottles.

Product Review - Love Trap eBook

I absolutely love to read.  There's nothing like relaxing or letting time fly while enjoying a good book.

I read Love Trap, written by Amnon Jackont.  I have to say that it is definitely a page turner and you would be surprised as to what the main character would do in the name of love... Love for her career and love for the man that she is in a relationship with.  While reading, you start to figure out what's next, or what you think will happen next.  However, as you continue on through the book, many things that you expect to happen, don't, and there are some things that will surprise you.  Without using the cover of the book, you're able to imagine how each character looks based on the skillful descriptions of each one.  While I can't say that I would proceed as the main character did, putting love before your child, I can definitely say that she surely had an interesting life and it was good to see how it all played out.

I was sent the Super Bright glow sticks for review and thought that they were perfect for my Girl Scout troop.  They're on Amazon for about $13, which is great considering how much they generally cost.  Even if you buy them at the dollar store, you get about five for $1 so buying these, you definitely save.  Check them out on Amazon by clicking here.  They are multi-colored so your kiddies have a choice of color and they last a few hours.  My girls like to do glow skating so these were perfect.  The only peeve is that they don't come in purple or blue, as other glow sticks do.  They're prefect for parties or while trick-or-treating!!
