To tell a little about this book, without fully giving it away, it was an autographed copy that I received as a Christmas gift a few years ago and I must add, it was a quick and easy read. The book had some recipes noted and much more. It is a great book for us natural mixtresses and the author actually has a product line. Can you guess what it is yet?!? Shhhhhhhhhhhhh!! Don't say it yet!
