Every step I take, I want to count. In more ways than one. With regard to my health and wellness, I surely want all steps to count so I definitely willing to make use of the Ozeri pedometer.
The pedometer comes packaged with an extra battery, a strap, a belt clip, and of course, instructions. I like the functionality of this pedometer because aside from counting your steps, it has many "modes" that you can use, such as activity time, fat burn, and calories mode.
In addition, the pedometer cumulatively counts the steps that you do over a few day's time. So you can know what impact your daily steps, or exercising, has on your everyday life.

You can set the date, time, and more on this pedometer. The only peeve I have about it is pushing the buttons... you have to have a bit of nail to do so. There were times where the pedometer fell off while using the belt clip so you have to try the strap and belt clip to see what works for you. It is running on Amazon for close to $30. Frugal ol' me thinks that may be a bit much but when I think about the money I've wasted and health that I am looking to attain, this maybe worth it. Otherwise, I would say it served it's purpose and I will continue to use it on my health and wellness journey.
